"The doctor is great, but not the staff & biller. Katie (the third-party biller the office hires) selectively processed the charges but not my refund. Despite my multiple calls to the office & to her and my visits to the office, her promise to fix the bill ASAP has never been fulfilled. Katie never picks up the phone nor returns my message. She only responds to the office manager's call. If you are a patient of this clinic, make sure you check your BOE carefully."
