Their staff, services and atmosphere are nothing less than exceptional. Ziggy is the best! She has really great energy and made me feel comfortable from the first moment I walked in. In fact, everyone I’ve met there has been knowledgeable and courteous. They’re always very honest about what their treatments and skin care line will or will not do. They are almost aways running some special although the “everyday prices” are much more affordable than most places I checked out. They’re incredibly thoughtful about your privacy, safety, and overall health and well being. I have been extremely happy with my results are will only go to GVA for my skin care needs."

That's when I made an appointment with Ziggy whom I know for many years and fully trust her with any facial treatment. It was more than anticipated, the medical information and the step by step explanation of every procedure I received was very professional, while remaining in warm and spa-like place. This was my first time having any type of facial treatment done. I received fillers , and that from day one made me look awake and refresh. I looked a few years younger, no swelling, no exaggerated features, just ME!!!"

"Came in hoping to remove this little black dot on the top right cheek of my face that's been stressing me out for a while. The entire staff was so welcoming when I arrived. The shop had a so soothing and relaxing vibe going on the moment I stepped in. Very clean and cozy. They guided me right into one of the rooms and took a look at my face. They could tell right off the bat what it was and started the treatment. I really liked how they were walking me through how they are going to treat it one step after another, which made me feel comfortable. The whole treatment was one in less than 10 min. It was fast yet done very thoroughly. It did not even hurt a tiny bit. I thought they must be using the highest tech devices and I could tell the lady who took care of me was such a veteran and got the job done flawlessly. That wasn't even it. She also kindly shared preventative and proactive advice on how to take care of the area while handing over some samples for my skin as added values. It was an incredible and pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and I'll be a returning customer for sure!"

"Been coming here for 2 years & never had an issue when the owner was present. My 1st appointment w/ Skylor was rescheduled because she supposedly needed a 2nd tech to assist. Unfortunately, today when I called that I was running 5 mins late for my 9:40am appointment w/ Skylor I was told not to worry because of their 15min grace period. As I pulled in at 9:47am the receptionist called me back & said Skylor was canceling my appointment because they were booked back to back. She also said Skylor had another appointment at 10am & mine would take 20mins. I’ve been sitting in my car watching the entrance from 9:47-10:17 & NO ONE has walked in. I don’t appreciate being lied to when I have to go to work & arrange babysitting. When I confronted the receptionist, she continued lying about their “busy” schedule & made a face. I’ve done this treatment before & doesn’t take 20 mins. I’ve always been polite & tipped the staff well, but they’ve lost my business due to their new horrible staff."
