"DONT LET THE REVIEWS DISCOURAGE U Clinic sees lots of ppl, they do the best they can and squeeze u in. If u go to a diff office u will have to wait 3+ mo to try to get in. JUST LIKE ANY OTHER OFFICE u have to wait to be seen. If you don’t like to wait in the waiting areas they’ve given me the option to wait in my car and call me back when it’s about to be my turn to make sure I am in the area. But they are all nice and caring. Been coming here for 5+ years and I noticed over the yrs the ones who get mad/angry at the doc’s are ppl that are wanting to get narcotics then stomp out saying the doc won’t give u hydrocodone(witnessed this once before) SMH DUDE LIKE?? anyways the doc will hear u out & give you actual solutions instead of just writing u a script! I personally prefer someone who cares about my over all health than treating me as a number and writing me meds."

"The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical practitioner. For starters, I have never met the “doctor” whose name is on the door, even though I have technically been a patient of there’s for over 2 years and have been to both locations. I have been experiencing serious symptoms for over 4 months now, which has never been taken seriously by this staff. After being tested “for everything” and recommended over the counter supplements, a month later my symptoms still have not let up. I called this office back to share this and was put on hold for 30 minutes, days ago(!!!), and have not heard from anyone since. I’ve called back plenty of times and nothing. I feel like I may have an autoimmune disorder that is not being taken seriously. If you are automatically assigned this doctor through your insurance, I encourage you to call your insurance provider and re-assign your doctor. Worst care ever. I don’t know how they’re still in business or even allowed to bill patients since both my mother and I both go to this office and never, ever met the doctor whose name is on the door. Or any doctor for that matter. Just staff members. Despite ongoing health issues that remain an issue."

"The waiting time is not nice. If your appointment is at 10am you will not be seen until almost 12noon. Then to get blood work done that's a whole hour wait. I have been coming to this doctor since 2017. Every year the wait time gets worst!"

"This is my 3rd visit here, my insurance sent me to this office. Every visit I’m waiting to be taken to the back for at least an hour after my appointment time even when I arrive early. The nurses and doctors are great. But the wait time is inconvenient. Even after waiting upfront, I have to wait longer after being designated a private room. What’s the purpose of making an appointment at 9:30am if I’m not seen by the doctor until 11:20..? Especially while fasting for bloodwork from the night before. Not happy about that."

"This place is extremely filthy considering its a medical office. Scuffs on every wall. Unmopped floor, calcium buildup on in appointment room sink. THE DR DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. We were made to wait two hours past our appt time and no one was coming in or out of the appointment rooms as the office had just opened ourselves and ablut 10 other people have been just sitting here waiting. The front desk lady is nice but obviously knows nothing since all she could tell peope was "soon". Wont reccomend until they improve quality practices."
