"Dr. Emeka Iroha is a very nice doctor, also Emily Browand is very nice, she is so very helpful and listens to what you need help with and prescribes the correct medications, I give this office 5 stars. I can Always get in to see one of them."

"I have been going to this office for 4 years now. NOT ONCE have they seen me within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The average is about 45 minutes late even for appointments right after their lunch when they shouldn't be backed up. You can call and leave 20 messages over 3 weeks and never gt a call back to make an appointment of answer a question. The office had to redo tests that were 'lost', has scheduled me only to tell me they didn't know why I was scheduled, promised to phone with results and never done so, stuck me with training doctors who were so nervous they couldn't hold a basic conversation, sent meds to wrong pharmacies. Their new doctor Emily is great, but it's not worth the inexcusable unreachability by phone. Save yourself a lot of stress and go to a doctor that is better staffed. I will be leaving as soon as they answer the damn phone so I can get my test results. I will say the office is clean and people are generally friendly, but honestly I would rather deal with a grumpy person and not waste half my day every single time I need anything from my doc."

"I love the doctors and staff here. I have been coming here since February and I have only ever had great experiences. Emily is fantastic. I would say she is one of the best providers I have ever had. She listens so well, and makes you feel cared for. The medical assistants are wonderful and always so respectful. And the front desk girls amazing. Every time I check in for an appointment I always have a great experience. They always ask me how I’m doing and answer any questions I may have. I have never seen a doctors office where the staff actually laughs with each other. You can really see how the staff and especially the girls in the front all get along so well. It is very refreshing and I actually look forward to my appointments. I would like to add that I feel like people could be more understanding about the fact that the girls are sure to have work other than what meets the eye. They are always willing to try and solve any issues I have ever had. This is the most pleasant doctors office I have ever been to. I have never once had a bad experience here. Highly suggest!"

"I like this place. I don't have to wait weeks for an appointment, and they schedule usually within 7 days when you call them. I absolutely love that they have a patient portal online where you not only can see your appointment's notes, but also request an appointment at your convenience. I like text messages with early check-in, reminders, etc. I gave them 4 stars due to the business hours (8 AM - 4 PM), which is inconvenient since the latest appointment is @ 3:30. The office is quiet and clean. I recommend this place."
