"I love facials and treating myself, but this one definitely left more to be desired! Way too pricey to not even massage the neck, décolleté, or arms. Cristina is friendly and products are great, but salon was noisy the whole time. They were moving/dragging furniture outside the door and at one point while I had a mask on, the clinician walked out of the room to chat with salon friends for 5-10 minutes. I've received regular facials for 15 years and this one is high on the list for worst, ever. She's selling the use of fancy equipment, but could elevate her own clinical skills and being more personable to gain repeat clients. although my skin felt good after the treatment, everything else created a rough experience. The Instagram filter worked the first time, but never again."
