"Perfect Exteriors has been beyond great to work with. Our new roof was done quickly and beautifully. Our insurance company was difficult to work with on our siding replacement though. Perfect Exteriors did ALL the leg work of negotiating the siding. I had to send one email that they drafted for me to my adjuster. Our Perfect Exteriors contractor, David, then negotiated and followed up for weeks (my insurance never replied when they said they would) to negotiate from the one side of our house that insurance wanted to cover to ALL of our siding being replaced with a better product than we had originally with no additional cost to us. After going through an entire summer where dozens of different roofers randomly knocked on our door and annoyed us almost every week, we decided to search for a reputable roofing company online instead. Then, the three-man crew that replaced our gutters and downspouts also did a tremendous job in just the span of one afternoon.
