"The office staff wrote down my number incorrectly. When the office called to try to confirm my appointment and couldn’t, they flat out canceled my appointment. I took time off of work and spent a long time researching psychologists in the area. I traveled a half hour just to get to the office turn around and have to come back home because they canceled my appointment because they couldn’t get a hold of me. Save yourself some time and find somebody else."

"Don’t go here. Save yourself the headache of dealing with the office staff. Dr hyder is great but he’s only available to patients once a week. The office doesn’t have e-script so you have to pick up your controlled prescriptions, but staff isn’t available except on the day the doc is in. It’s a hassle. Lack of communication between staff members is another issue"

"Best dr I have had in a long time. There is something to be said for a dr. that remembers me and my individual needs. I am thankful for his attitude and positivity. This dr actually sees his patient with a listening ear. If only other doctors had the same respect for medicine."

"The Dr. seems not to care about appointments. Why even make appointments if you repetitively sit there long past your appointment. Get your stuff together or I’d love to take your job and show you how to schedule properly. Not rocket science"
