"This place is so unprofessional. There is no communication within the staff. Apparently someone not working there anymore is the only answer they can give regarding miscommunicated emergency procedures. It is clear the receptionist could care less about helping anyone. All of the employees lack communication, they fail to place notes in a patients chart regarding important steps to take. So the root canal and wisdom teeth extraction they considered an emergency became unimportant since they failed to leave a note. Now my daughter returns to college in pain due to the wrong information provided to us and lack of communication within this staff. This is a careless practice!!"
