"one of the worst clinics i have been to. i had 1 appt and a follow up. the initial was great. Jason was phenomenal. However, the follow up was incredibly bad. the staff on duty was rude, ignored half of the people there, didn’t acknowledge me standing there for 2 straight hours. Would not recommend in the slightest."

"My Home Minute Clinic/Pharmacy and they deserve it! Mark and Rouella so kind and patient with me and always make me feel welcome and cared for. I love shopping at this CVS because it is so fun, clean and everyone is so friendly up front. I always find everything I need and more. "

"I was scared by all of the reviews, but needed a quick appointment for some medication and it went perfectly well. I would definitely come back. A lot of reviews mentioned wait times so I scheduled the first appointment in the morning and I got in on time and out quickly. The NP Sarah Rhea was really nice and professional. I have zero complaints about this place or the staff."

"Minute clinic doesn't take walk ins! We stopped in and there is absolutely NO ONE there but the attending physician or nurse and a manager... no patients at all!!! They would not take us cause they don't take walk ins and was told that there are people with appointments, the place was empty! No one was there! By the time a person with an appointment would have came in to check in we could have been taken care of! So ridiculous! The way the government and CDC handled covid really messed up every business and everyone has become pretty lazy.. I'm sure we can all write a book about how the CDC and government handled everything during covid!"

"Second appointment here due to have to reschedule, NEVER ON time ...even if you're the only patient waiting and on time yourself.... So glad this is just for a job and not some where I have to come primarily. I get the feeling that these workers are not considerate that patients/customers have other obligations in their day. Very very disappointing and needs worked on. Esp considering I used to work at a urgent care where it was actually CROWDED 24 7 and a wait time made sense...so far the excuses I've gotten are "I'm on the phone with IT my computers acting up" ummm paper charting? Now today "let me finish up something really quick" what ?! I booked as the first appointment of the day so I can get in and outta here. Whoever's reading this IF you have alternative options for your care please consider them because this is not it. First time waited 1 hour, will update how long this time will take ..... Ugh!!!!!"
