"Amazing experience with Pearl eyebrow threading.I did my facial on Wednesday morning. I enjoyed the facial service I received from Raji. I like the welcoming behavior. I usually get my facial done every two months. I like that she tells me exactly what she is using before applying it to my face. My skin was really dry , she used high frequency on me it worked really well .Within a few days, my face was glowing so much. "I’ve gone here a few times and loved the outcome of the first time that I went and got my eyebrows threaded and lashes lifted. The lash lift itself lasted almost 2 months which was great! This last time that I went, however, I went for a lash lift only. I got the lash lift done but found that a tint was done as well without my consent. I was wondering why the service was lasting longer but didn’t think much of it until I paid and looked in the mirror and saw that I had tint. I specifically only asked for a lash lift, NOT A TINT. I was extremely disappointed because I feel that I should have been informed because later I had an allergic reaction to the tint that made my eyes watery, red, and puffy. I had to take the tint off immediately because of the burning and now the lash lift is also affected and not like last time :( not going back unfortunately"
