"I had a very unpleasant visit. I had schedule a regular check up. It took hours the first time. When the results came in like 2 days later, they refused to give me the results unless I schedule another appointment. They scheduled an appointment for like a week later. I called to confirm and they said they had to reschedule because that guy wasn't my Dr. Then rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Long story short, I went in on the schedule time, they put me in a room. I waited 405 mins and no one came in. All I was there for was the results. They refused to give them to me so I told them I was leaving. Trust me these people do not care about the well-being of others. It is a money scam."

"The Alba Familia clinic offers top quality medical care, with doctors and medical assistants who are highly trained and dedicated to their work. I was very pleased with the comfort of the clinic and the fast and accurate medical care that was provided to me. I feel much better since I was treated at the clinic from the medical point of view and the quality of the clinic's services, many successes for your workers, your work is worthy of recognition by your patients."

"Very very dissatisfied with this clinic. Do not go to this clinic. They take advantage of patients especially if you are not insured. My mother in law went to get some exams done and they ended up doing other type of exams that were not even included in the ones she needed to get they ended up charging for other exams that were not even necessary. It happened in the past too but we wanted to give them another chance because we thought maybe it was true but while we were seating in the waiting room we heard other patients saying they were also diagnosed with the same thing. Very very upset and sad at the time because we ended up having to pay for things that she wasn’t even there for. I also forgot to mention that my step son also visited this clinic to get some lab work done and they lost the results and they still charged the copayment of his insurance and for the lab work which I am still working on getting that refunded since they did not complete his testing and he ended having to go to another clinic to get them done. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IS THE WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!"

"Very disappointed with this clinic. They made me wait 2 hrs to tell me the doctor had left and I couldn't see him because he didn't accept my insurance. I told them they should've told me I could've paid cash they wanted me to see a different doctor but I told them I wanted to see a specific doctor they led me believe I was going to see him after 2 hrs of waiting I found out different. I guess they assumed I couldn't afford to pay cash that's why they treated me like dirt. A friend referred me to them but I regret going. This people are not professional they don't know what a good customer service is. I do not recommend them. Stay away. The response for this review from the owner it'st's not accurate I was told by them that the doctor did not accept my insuranceand and he had left. Very dirty place."
