"I have to see the Dr. Cotter every month. Usually, I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes. Just a routine check. I went today and wow I waited over 30 minutes just to see Dr. for less than a minute. I’m not sure what was going on today but for a regular patient that pays $55 every month I shouldn’t be waiting more than 30 minutes for him to ask his routine questions. If this was the case I’d rather do a phone appointment. Dont get me wrong Dr. Cotter and most MA’s are amazing and super nice. Todays staff and vibe was just different."

"Dr. Cotter is incredible! This was our first visit to this practice and I am bummed that we didn’t find him first. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me and my child explain what’s going on. He was great with my kids and super friendly!! "We took my daughter her to address a couple of issues and we had a great experience. The wait was minimal, front desk staff were very helpful and considerate and the medical assistant and the doctor were both careful and gentle with my daughter. We asked a lot of questions and they were honest and pointed us in the right direction. Sometimes it takes WEEKS to get a referral or to be seen and the Doctor made sure we left the office WITH our referral to a pediatric cardiologist. Our visit was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this office."
