"I haven't had any problems with them so far. The front desk employees are nice and I haven't had to wait in the waiting room very long at all. The nurses have been nice abd my doctors have been great. I feel comfortable coming back. I actually don't feel like I've had my time wasted, rushed, or feel like I have my questions ignored. I also don't have to wait 30 min to an hour like other offices!"
"I went in to this office so that I could be seen for back pain that I have had for a while now. The assistant or whoever fills out the referral didn't do it accurately. Which is fine. Ok I understand mistakes happen. But when I am seen for back pain and you fail to list back pain on the referral the physical therapy place cannot take that referral! It's impossible to get through to anyone that can actually help. It doesn't seem that difficult to add the diagnosis code of back pain that you have listed on the appointment details on the patient portal but don't have listed on the actual referral! They claim that for any questions or issues with existing referrals that the turnaround time is 24-48 hours. It's been over a week and I have yet to receive a return call or a return message via the patient portal. They continue to say that they can send a message back to the doctor and/or his assistant but no one has returned my calls, messages, or emails! They sent a message to the office manager and the office manager did not respond. Today they are sending a message back to the "Operations Manager." I doubt I will hear from that person either. I don't want to waste my time going down to the office for them NOT to be able to help me in person either. I asked the person on the phone if that would help and they said no. I asked what I can do next..and they said they don't have an answer for me!"
"This place is seriously a joke. I was shocked and excited that I was able to book an appointment and not have to wait for several months to be seen. But unfortunately, after being seen I know why there wasn't a long wait. Dr. Pena does not listen and wanted to do have the same exact bloodwork done as his initial appointment but I told him I could give him the labcorp results from 3 weeks of the same bloodwork that was just done. I am seeing a few different physicans for different health issues so I get bloodwork done often. He ignored me and gave me the labcorp order requistion anyway. I faxed in the existing bloodwork to their office and have heard nothing and I have called numerous times about it!"
"I just tested positive for Covin 19. I have been on hold for 25 minutes. Dr Pena's staff will be the death of me and probably others. The incompetence is another sign that no one cares. You can't get through whenever you call. So now I'll look online to find advice instead of my doctor. Ask yourself WHY the medical community sunk this low. Be careful there's no one to help you!"
"I have been calling for two weeks to reschedule my appointment. Every time I call, they place me on hold. On one call, I waited over 25 minutes and was hung up on. Today, I am calling and wait for about 5 minutes then it hangs up. Otherwise, no one answers. The doctor isn't that great either. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. I am trying to prevent being charged and trying to reschedule by doing this in advance but they are making it impossible."
