"Today was my introduction visit to Dr Flowers. I found him to be polite, attentive, and genuine. He is organized and focused. I brought my box of medications so he went through them one at a time for diagnosis and effectiveness. He listened to the rational of my being on them and bless his heart when I told him the staten was giving me charley horses he said.." in the trash". He asked if I wanted to try any other and did not force the issue when I said no. Statins just don't like my body. And charley horse cramps are just not worth it. He scalped down this over loaded box of junk and recorded each medicine with it's diagnosis on his computer. He sorted what needed to go through mail and what went to pharmacy and everything is ordered. He is firm but kind and has a plan that will take time to sort out just the direction needed. I have a lot going on so he kept me on cue, this way he can get to know me as a patient and not just another body coming through his office. He asked me what I wanted/expected.... and I said I want a doctor I can trust. He does not get rushed and I feel he will be able to care for my medical issues We have more to work through and I think he will be an excellent doc. 11-30-2017 Now that I have had several visits, I feel an addendum is needed. I am preparing it for the public and also as a follow up for my complaint to Humana. Dr Flowers has been taking excellent care of me. Today when he looked at my back, he stepped up and did a procedure for my cyst on my back. He is an angel. Always calm and reassuring, meticulous, personable, and I can trust him with my health. Took me a while to find him but I would not have anyone manage my medications, and medical problems. I can trust him that he will talk to me, answer questions, and problem solve anything that I have going on. Third doc is the charm.... Took me a bit to find some one excellent. He is a keeper."

"My wife and I went to this "doctor" for over a year and constantly received mis-diagnosis. My wife had a hole in her diaphragm over 4 inches across causing 1/3 of her stomach to push up into her lung area causing both shortness of breath and constant acid reflux. All he ever did was prescribe more and more drugs. If you are looking for a pill pusher, he is your man. In my case, I had a hearing loss and he prescribed an audiologist instead of an ear specialist! This doctor graduated med school over 40 years ago and appears to have forgotten most of it. When you meet him, he seems 'out-of-touch' -- because he is, in my opinion. We now drive to Vegas for our medical needs and are quite happy. By the way, my wife's gastroenterologist spent over 3 hours operating to close up the diaphragm. She is doing great now that we are no longer seeing Dr. Flowers."

"I met Dr Flowers 9 years ago when I thought I caught a bad flu. It turned out to be a Kidney infection which he treated successfully. At my last follow-up at that time he urged me to get my Thyroid checked. He didn't like how my neck felt. It turned out that I needed surgery for Thyroid cancer. So far I guess he saved my life twice. He really takes his time with his patients. He listens and he discusses all problems and treatments. He is the kind of doctor you wish you had! If possible I would rate him with 10 stars!"
