"Horrible network. You cannot connect to the drs' office via phone, you cannot pay bills at their facility. Nurses and visiting doctors are nice but they are very slow in processing prescriptions. No check-out summary hardcopy, you have to wait till it gets uploaded on a patient portal. I was supposed to pick up a new prescription after my visit and it's been more than 24 hrs prescription has not been sent to a pharmacy. Like I said you can't call their facility since there is no direct number, so I am stuck. I don't know what to do. And don't even start me on that patient portal. It is the worst and most frustrating thing online. You keep sending messages, this is the only way to reach Drs. office, and no response. It will only show you your main care provider. Not the visiting drs, you see. I feel like I am stuck. On my first visit, I was told by the front desk member, "oh our phone system is horrible, don't even try to reach us out. (guess what.... there is NONE). It's best if you come to our office in person and make an appointment" I mean...You're telling me that if I am sick I come to your office being actively sick, make an appointment, leave and then come back on my day of appointment" :o"

"I refuse to step foot in this facility. The first year and a half it wasn’t too bad but one of the nurse practitioners got on a power trip and I couldn’t find out who or why so many test were asked for or who asked for them. I’m never going to download their app. I’m happy with my PCP even though I have to go to Vegas. I’m probably never going to get my yearly health assessment since SWM only allows one procedure to be done in a day. It will cost me about $50.00 in gas round trip."

"Dr. McComb & all the staff at Southwest Medical Associates are friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Labs & referrals are given & results received by the Optum Care app & in person in a timely manner. Very happy with our care there!"
