"Was told there was only walk in service at the Hawthorne office. What they should say is “appointments available if your friends with the staff” me and my dog set in 100 deg weather in the sun for 1hr &40 min waiting while people who just pull up go in front of us Because they were there earlier and staff told them to “go ahead and go home we will call your phone when your number is called” ummm isn’t that the same as a appointment????? You just replaced appointment time with appointment number…that’s not first come first serve that’s an appointment!!. I will avoid this business from this point on."
