"I have visited the Hospital Clinic and have never seen a doctor even though I requested to have a doctor appointment, RN Jacobs is the acting doctor who is not a certified doctor only a Nurse, payment is required up front prior to the appointment then they bill Medicare never to refund one cent, Medicare is billed as though you were seen by a certified doctor fraud is draining our Medicare resources by this scam."
