"I wasn't feeling well so I came here to be seen. It's a Wednesday and after over 2 hours, I'm still waiting. Even tho this is urgent care, there is nothing urgent about it. U just wait and wait and have to keep asking how much longer just to be told soon but another hour isn't soon. I sit here, waiting in the back for a doctor who must be performing open heart surgery on some1 becuz, as u might have guessed, I'm still waiting...tick tock tick tock...it's easier to be at home in bed sick, than to wait hours for care. It just makes u sicker. But it's Fernley, Nv they will let u die.. itsme itsme"

"An older lady receptionist named Annette Anderson took her sweet time to check us in. She was asking for my insurance card and i told her i have it on my phone and i kept telling her the insurance card is on my phone but she kept ignoring me. DID NOT EVEN TRY TO ACKNOWLEDGE what i was telling her. And then she started writing down something on a sticky note and showed me she goes "Send me the picture of insurance card here on my email address". And so, i did. i realized she probably didn't wanna look at my phone or i dont know what her reason was. But then she started asking me questions that i do not understand like "Are you a subscriber?" And i go, "Subscriber to what? What do you mean?" And before she answered my question she laughed insultingly in my face and looked at me like i'm stupid to her or something and that made me very uncomfortable and disrespected. I do not recommend this place."

"Last November I scheduled an appointment for 11:15 for labs. I sat there for way over an hour before they called me in. Now I needed to go back again for more lab work and I scheduled it same time on my lunch break. I had to modify my schedule at my job. And this time they turned me away and asked if I could come back later. I haven't eaten for 15 hours and I was very hungry. I was Supposed to be fasting for my labs. I wasn't going to wait all day on them. I made a appointment for a reason. Next time I'll make that appointment somewhere else and warn others about Fernley. And the woman who I talked to was rude at the front desk."

"Went to this urgent care. No pediatrician is available. Arrived at 1:50 PM there is a sign Please Wait Here before entering into the next set of sliding doors. So of course people wait there until they are called, I was not called in to check in. Another older man who was waiting there actually said come on in, it's too cold in the lobby for you to be waiting to be called. I still waited another 5 or so min after that. The receptionist was busy by this time with another patient. She did not call me until I made eye contact with her and she asked How can I help you, I told her I was here for my kiddo and needed to check in, she then proceeded to say that they stopped taking walk-ins a long time ago and that she called me but I stood there and she was not sure, that I needed to come into the lobby after the second set of sliding doors. I explained to her you have a sign Please Wait Here, so of course people are not going to go in until you call them. I explained my self and another lady were there waiting for almost 30 min just for you to tell us that there are no more walk-ins. She said you can make an appointment online after midnight. I explained to her does Renown really expect people to stay up until midnight to make an appointment online. This is not okay. There also needs to be a pediatrician available. What are families in this area supposed to do drive to Reno? I expected better from Renown. But seems that it's the same BS as always. This is why some people get better treatment at St. Mary's and choose to continue to be seen by St. Mary's providers. Update: Just as they indocated to make an appointment after midnight and here I am trying to schedule an appointment online but this location is grayed put. So much for a nonsense online platform that you can't schedule."
