"I just moved to Las Vegas from out of state, and I needed a medication to be transferred to a pharmacy here so I could pick it up as soon as I was due to take it. I called this location before I moved, which was now 3-4 weeks ago, to verify that the prescription was sent through correctly and that I wouldn't need to give them any additional information to pick it up, and the person on the phone told me that it was fine, that he would put it on hold until I got here and they could fill it immediately. Once I got out here, I called to have it taken off hold and filled, and they told me they couldn't fill it, and the only reason they gave was that it was missing a days' supply, which is not required in the state I moved from. I called my provider and had them rewrite the script and send it back, and when I came to pick it up today, they told me that they need the last doctor's visit written on the prescription as well as proof of address in the state. I just got here a week ago, I haven't had time to change my ID and I don't have any bills yet, but more importantly, in two prior phone calls where I specifically stated that I was coming from out of state, no one told me I would need proof of address to pick the prescription up. I understand that these are state regulations and I'm not mad at the staff for rules they don't control, I'm mad that I was supposed to have this medication a week ago and I still don't because these things were not communicated to me. I spoke with the pharmacist and she is doing what she can to help, but that does not make up for the week I've gone without meds. This should not have happened in the first place, this should have been explained to me when I called the very first time."

"My family has been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years now. Bernadette is always extremely helpful, cheerful, and goes above and byomd for patients. Honestly all the staff here is amazing. They always have perscriptions ready when they say they will. My kids antibiotics when they get sick are always ready stat. It's really considerate especially when you have tiny sick humans at home."
