"Dr. Peterson is brilliant, but does not like to touch his patients. He relies on blood work and tests. His staff cannot work with him, because he is totally disorganized. I think that he needs to retire, before his lack of attention to patient care causes someone serious undiagnosed illness or untimely death. I adore him, but the truth is right in front for patients and staff to see. Use your absolute brilliance to teach!"

"If you just looking for a general practitioner go elsewhere. Only reason I called this place was because the doctor showed up on my list of in network doctors. I just needed a check up but It seems like seeing this doctor required you to sign up for some service called mdvip. I had to ask multiple times in different ways of that service would cost me out of pocket until the receptionist finally said yeah. The whole time she was being told most of this info by her manager who I should have just asked to put her on but apparently she was too busy to talk to me directly to but not too busy to answer half of my questions via her coworker. She kept offering to set up a free meet and greet with the doctor which seems so pointless. Like no just set up my appointment and take take my insurance like any normal doctor's office would do. It all seemed shady. What a waste of time."

"Genius Medical Specialist - Horrible Staff I was hoping since Dr. P jointed MDVIP that things would improve in the office service. Nope, no such luck. Dr. P is a genius and intensely cares about research. His office staff, naw, not so much. No help and totally lost and confused. I just had to quit! Got absolutely no help when he was out of town, which is frequent. But they are good at hanging up on patients' phone calls. It's too bad. Dr. P deserves better staff to meet his genius needs. And absolutely no help from MDVIP, but lots of harassment about my unpaid membership bill. Oh yeah, now they remember who I am....lol...I'm outta their club, dropping out."
