"Initially a little frustrating connecting with staff to make an appt. But eventually they got in touch and set up an appt. for me at a reasonable date (not 6 months) and I appeared at the appt. date and time. Once there, the staff is very professional and friendly. I saw Dr. Hibler and he did a very thorough examination of my skin's health. He works with an assistant who writes down all the important details of Dr. Hibler's examination as well as the instructions you will need to follow to address the various issues you might have regarding your skin's condition(s). I appreciated the assistants job because there's a lot of different treatments and instructions that I wouldn't remember over the course of the 20 minute exam. Overall, my visit to the Center made me feel that I received a thorough head to toe examination and written instructions on how to do my part applying medication(s) to improve my skin's health.Took one star off for difficulty to make appt."
