"If I could give this office zero stars for their office staff's inability to provide any kind of considerations for people running late even when I called beforehand to say we are literally almost there, I would! This review is literally just for their office policy of total exam fee charge of $250 for no show/late appointments. I mean how ridiculous is that to charge someone this amount without even blinking an eye?! They asked if I wanted to reschedule but they were going to charge me another $250...like how does that make sense? I asked to speak to their office manager but of course he was not available... He was supposed to call me back to discuss this but have not received a call back... I can understand if a patient is a repeat offender but we were first time clients of this office so based on all this, it is very obvious they really do not care about patient satisfaction or retention. After all this, my poor little doggy didn't even get a chance to see the doctor about her itchy fur! ;-("

"Thorough and comprehensive appointments. We're here from out of town, and my dog was losing his hair. We were at the vet for over an hour, and left the office with all the antibiotics and treatments we needed. That was so helpful, especially since we don't have a local vet. At a follow up appointment, they suggested more treatments, and we're glad to let me get them on my own. Very responsive via text and they love animals. I highly recommend the office."

"Allergy tests, vet visits, internet searches, nothing worked until here. Would highly recommend, not easy process and still in progress but the improvement has been amazing. To see a part of your family finally getting better and enjoying their life was worth all the costs. Took a while to get in but can do what we did, book an appointment and try everything can do to get them better in the time until appointment."

"We were referred to this clinic by our vet for our pug, Thad, as he had an extreme ear infection. When we called in, they were very upfront on their wait time and was put on a waiting list and scheduled about 8 months out. Though, we didn't have to wait long for a sooner appointment, as they called back and got us in within the week. Dr. Trimmer and her staff are so thorough, patient, and very kind. With their help, Thad's ear infection had improved so drastically within 4 months. We are really sad to be leaving their office, as we have moved across the country. I am truly so thankful for everything they have done for us. Thad says thank you as well!!"
