"Horrendous front office staff and billing department. Zero communication from either end and then is blamed on the patient. As a medical professional, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, despite the great therapists."

"Terrible service. Never had an opportunity to receive therapy at this location. Erica in intake dragged her feet for over a month and my insurance would no longer cover the after care service. She was also very unprofessional. When I asked her why it was taking so long she told me on two different occasions. That I need to understand that there are others in need of help too. If they had no intentions on helping my daughter it should have been said immediately so she could go elsewhere."
