"Jaci, one of the medical assistants, is absolutely unprofessional, immature, irresponsible, and careless when it comes to patient care. You could clearly hear her discussing patients' health history, disgustingly giving attitude to patients, and actively gossiping over the patients' health concerns. This is the most unprofessional display coming from a medical assistant in a professional environment."

"Patients be warned. Renown is using providers that are not credential and you will be charged full price for your urgent care visit. This happened to me even though they say they take Blue Cross Blue Shield. They do not tell you this at the time and there are no signs that states this. It’s a very deceptive practice that they are doing. When you contact their billing department, they tell you it’s your problem. Their Manager told me that was our case, the provider that saw my wife was NOT credentialed so we were charged full price. It’s fraudulent and deceptive to do this without any notice! I’m still fighting this because it’s wrong! They responded ASAP and was so concerned only to never follow up again after my first phone call! Stated they would have a lead investigator look into this and call me, what a joke. They think folks will just forget, I won't until I know the real answer why my insurance wasn't good enough. Beware of very deceptive practices at this clinic."

"Was in for 3 hours for a simple drug test, they said they forgot us, and also said they saw us leave when one of us stepped out after letting them know. Not only didn’t they state it was two different kinds of drug tests, they pondered inbetween the two and it ended up being one and the doctor himself said he doesn't know what the employees are talking about..The employees made eye contact with me several times and i spoke with each of them, still to be told I was forgotten. Super unprofessional , the actual doctor that we were met with was super apologetic and sweet, but the other employees on shift didn’t even apologize."
