"Although it was several years ago, I am still traumatized by this place( my child as well) and the absolutely horrible experience we had here. My son, who was 11 at the time needed a therapist referral and this clinic was recommended to us by his PCP. Unfortunately, they make you see their pediatrician first, before you are able to get a referral. His name is Steven Shane and he was positively awful. Rude, judgemental, honestly, no bedside manner or compassion. He really has no business treating children. Insisted that my child needed to put on an antidepressants after talking to him for all of 5 min. Yes, he wanted to put apn 11 year old on Prozac claiming it would help him lose weight WTH? He also shamed me for my weight claiming that I must only eat fast food , and that is what I fed my child as well. Again, we only went to see him for a referral for a therapy provider, not for medication or unsolicited opinions. Unfortunately it's required by the health center, that your child see this jerk before you can make an appt with any other provider at the clinic. UGH."

"I gave to stars just because the person waiting on me was nice enough. But if you can go to another pharmacy please do so and save yourself the hassle. They are so slow and don't have any commitment to there costumers-clients. And this is not new it has been a poor pharmacy for years. With a seriousness try to find a new pharmacy they all have programs and can help. If you want a quicker pleasant place to get your meds this is not it. Very poor management skills at this pharmacy you don't have to be a big chain to be good business, but you need to know how to run a one. After 12 years of trying to support this small pharmacy I have had enough and again if you can use another pharmacy. I could go on with other instances at this place but I won't. This is a true and honest review. The people smiled and where nice but no interest in actually moving or service. They don't care!!!!"

"I've been going here for about 7-8 years now. The medical professionals are awesome! HOWEVER, I can't say the same about their Pharmacy. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and have hung up on me SEVERAL times. No reason for such behavior whilst doing your job."

"I had a very welcoming experience. The clinic is new to me. I had no knowledge of it till recently when I became eligible fore Medicare. It was the closest clinic to me as I use public transportation. My Doctor is very attentive and knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I look forward to a healthy experience. As far as my medications my doctor was able to send them to the pharmacy near where I live and my insurance covers."

"Place seemed legit at first but over time they showed their true colors. I went there and spoke with a couple doctors that seemed to care and were really professional. They listened, helped me with all the blood work and sonogram I needed to further my treatment. Once it came down to getting some much needed medication that the doctor said would only take 2 weeks to decide it took over 2 months! My insurance gave me notice that a certain medication was ready for pickup and when I called they said to go there and get it but when I picked it up it was something completely different that had NOTHING to do with my treatment. When I called to ask why, they said I had to speak with an insurance lady and when I called she never answered the phone ever so I left messages. Long story short the lady called me back (2 months later) and lied saying she talked to me and said she told me the medication was ready for pick up. It's been months since that Dr. Visit and still no medication. Save yourself time and a headache by going to a real Dr. like Saint Mary's that's where I ended up and I should have went there in the first place. Dr's are good. Staff, insurance lady, and timeliness, BAD"
