"I only go because of the NP, and I like her, but the staff and Dr. M are horrible. Refills are impossible to get and they r not pain pills either. I have to fight with the office to do prior authorizations on important meds like insulin. Thank God when I got my endocrinologist, he took over my insulin but it was was pain to get this office to do it amd ran out sometimes. And the staff is just rude on the phone and Dr. M constantly wants to see u just to get ur copay even when u just need something simple and you were just in the office a few weeks ago. They have confused me with other patients (like assuming I was the patient before me and hands me their bill even before I can give the girl my name) Avoid this office if u can."

"My entire family have been patients of Dr. M. for close to 30 years. He is a small practice and yes people come and go over the years but he is the best. I have never met a physician who takes more interest in his patients than Dr. M. It's not easy running a small business these days but Dr. M. always takes the time to listen and get to the heart of the issue. Our grandkids now see him and I know some day he will retire, but until then, we will always be true to this office."

"Well a year later from my last review it has gotten worse the medical assistant is a total jerk and medications go weeks without getting filled or poor authorizations done, when calling and inquiring about them the response we get is “ it will get done when it gets done” the assistant Brian is extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be in health care! The doctor has let that practice go to hell and as of now not returning ever! My family would go there and now they all left due to lack of professionalism don’t waste your time go someone else where your treated like a human! It’s your health your talking about and that office is a waste of time!"

"Slowest facility I've ever had the displeasure of waiting in. My last 3 visits as well as my husband's last 2 visits have had us waiting for OVER an hour.. sitting in an exam room right this moment. It is 4:35. My appointment was at 3:45. Here we go for the 4th one in a row taking over an hour. It's a shame because I really like the staff. Off to find a new provider. They should have to refund copays if it exceeds 15 minutes."

"We are checking out this clinic for establishment since our doctor moved out of state. My first impression is the office staff is not well trained in customer service or they just don't care. There is no "be with you in a moment, hello how are you", nothing like that. I stood at the window for about 7 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and there were 5 people in the office space! I was there yesterday and a woman signed in after me, the front office person called her name and said its a 15 dollar co pay, very cold and robotic. The patient initiated the courtesy conversation of hello how are you today?! I'm not used to this kind of front office staff, my last doctors office was very personable and we were greeted immediately, if even just to say "hello, I will be with you in a moment." I really do like Dr. Miyazaki and will continue with the impersonal treatment of the front office staff to see him. I really miss my previous doctor and her staff though!"
