"Yesterday was a very sad day for me and my family, we lost a beloved cat… Yssi, the most humble and playful cat ever.. Gave us 17 of his 20+ years of life To us, Sure was loved and cared very well… Sadly our beloved Yssi succumbed to a kidney disease on 3/6/2024 Staff at this hospital was very understanding and professional from the ladies at front desk to the vet assistant and the doctor, (sorry I couldn’t get his name) all of you did an awesome job, I’m sorry I couldn’t talk to much as I was overwhelmed by tears and sadness, and always be thankful from the bottom of my heart and soul.. See you soon, as I have another cat…"

"Absolutely Incredible doesn't begin to explain how wonderful everyone in the staff are and dr muretone saved my bhairy son 8year old dausch mix was hit by car and need his rear leg put into place i was in tears unable to afford the 1500$ bill and don't qualify for care credit no help i had money and I have a job but I didn't have extra 1500 after I already spend 1000 at urgent care from a different vet to diagnose and evaluate him I was blessed and came across alive heart village the woman answered i told her my story she asked to call me back and did less then ten mins they agreed to help my baby even with my financial problems I was in the office right away only the drive time it took me they took him right away the vet is a true animal lover and it shows the second he comes in the room he gave all my options told me what he thought was needed and was willing to take little down and payments even tho I didn't qualify for care credit they would work with me in house but bottom line my baby's health was first and my money issues would be worked out I was in tears of devastation all morning until I spoke to them here and I cried in relief and joy my dog wasn't going to be in pain and have a lower quality of life because his care. Couldn't wait 4 my next paycheck THANK YOU TO EVERYONE IN THIS BUILDING THEY ARE ANGELS the kind of people that seem to be so hard to find anymore well me and taco (my dog) found them 10stars"

I was in a true emergency with my kitty, Daniel Striped Tiger, and she listened to me, asked appropriate questions, calmed me down, was very genuinely empathetic and helped me set my appointment for the same day. Doctor Burton, who saw Daniel that day, was the exact same way as Jasmine…genuinely caring, listening, professional and very skilled!"
