"The only reason Im giving a 3 star is because I enjoy the interactions with the cashiers and floor staff. They are so lovely. The pharmacy on the other hand is a different story. Its a shame how a couple of bad apples can spoil the whole bunch. There is one girl inparticular in the pharmacy who is so nasty and rude, I dont even know why she chose a job to be around people who are coming to her for help in the first place! Medication is serious and people who work in that field should have some sort of bedside manner!! How she still has a job is beyond me!! She actually made me cry twice!! I havent even gone to pick up my script in 2 weeks and its ready. That says something!! Get her out of there!! Once I identify her name I will post it for you and I will call corporate. Im not one for anyone getting terminated, but in this case, she needs to reevaluate her career choice."

"IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 100...I WOULD. The pharmacist, Matthew W., was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. He spoke to me in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner without provocation. His comments and attitude were uncalled for. And he refused to apologize. Worst pharmacist ever!!!! He alone, will be the cause of customers changing pharmacies."

"Worst customer service I've ever had at a walgreens. Manager is super rude and also trains her cashiers to be the same way, going AGAINST CORPORATE POLICY. Denying coupons, rewards, and offers. Even tho it's completely valid! Do you get paid less if people use coupons and rewards?? Went there 3 times and same thing. Never coming back here, sticking to the one near my house where I never have issues. If you hate your job get a new one!!!"

"Continuing with what appears to be a common theme - the pharmacy here is TERRIBLE. Losing prescription meds is bad enough. Then taking it out on your patients as though they have any control over the actions of pharmacy team members? Unconscionable. Retail store manager was at least willing to intervene and try to assist (thank you, Mary!) but the lack of quality controls at the pharmacy is a grave concern. Pharmacy staff members' utter lack of concern and empathy for their patients? Unforgivable."

"I've been to this Walgreens a number of times, and it needs a deep clean and a facelift. It looks run down compared to the other buildings, and the counters/credit card readers are dirty. The pharmacy has needed to up update my information every time I've been, and I haven't changed my information in the last year. The pharmacy does not answer the phone, or communicate well in the drive through, so you have to go in to get anything done. The employees were polite and seemingly helpful inside, but we'll see if I have to update all my information again next time, or if it was done correctly."
