"Not sure if what this pharmacist is doing is illegal? I have been med shamed here numerous times and made to feel uncomfortable even more. The most recent time I had my doctor send my prescription here, they told me they were out of it and could not order it either and that I should look elsewhere. Very absolute. I had to call my doctor and we were made to think there must be a shortage. Then, just to check, I called a different Costco in town, and they filled my prescription right away. When I told them another Costco wouldn’t fill it, they knew exactly which one it was (St. Rose)?? Why? Not ethical, not moral, shocking and possibly illegal? Not sure why you would go through all the trouble of pharmacy school only to have personal biases regarding certain medications. To the point other locations and numerous patients know about it. How this is able to continue I have no idea but the arrogance and absolute power trip one human must be on to affect so many people is sad and harmful. The pharmacy techs and workers are great, this review is only for the pharmacist."

"I spoke to Grace . She introduced herself " the manager " . Very rude and arrogant . She raised her voice and has no compassion . She was not helpful and frustrating to talk to. She is not willing to listen and only cares on what she has to say . Terrible ! Working for a company like Costco.Such an embarrasment. Ive been a Costco Member for many years and always enjoyed coming to the store . I find the Costco Team friendly , accomodating and helpful . Until I spoke to Grace " the manager "!"

"You can tell when the employees are under paid and over worked… when customer service is 1 star worthy and the pharmacist has the nerve to act like they’re helping you out and then hang up on you. Total head case I was being nice and respectful and then the girl was like “look! We’re not even supposed to give stock checks over the phone! We were being nice so that you don’t have to come down here” Click… Wow!!!"

"Entire staff are rude and unprofessional, especially pharmacy technicians. Their system is basically elementary. They don’t know how much drugs they have in their inventory. The pharmacy technician told us our prescription will be ready by 11:30 and received a ready for pick up text message. They someone called and told me they don’t have enough. What a joke, you don’t expect this from the Costco!! Will never go to Costco for any more prescription."
