They made. me come inside to wait and had me leave them in front of the store with the homeless that are standing in front of the store. Find a different location, this one isn't safe."

"First we want to say grateful. We are grateful for this location it is often times very convenient. However, me, my husband, and my entire family, WE WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE BECAUSE OF A CLERK NAMED BRENDA. Brenda followed me and my husband as we looked through the products. My husband and I are familiar with Roz Brewer, CEO of Walgreens Alliance, but this location does not live up to Roz Brewer’s commitment to equity and productivity as it lost value due to Brenda’s racism. We encourage management at this location to cease allowing Brenda to work at this location as her attitude and spirit are not fit for Walgreens. We are grateful. Thank you Roz Brewer. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALGREENS UNTIL BRENDA IS FIRED!"

"I went to pick up my medicine this Walgreens and their credit cards machine not working but the tech from the pharmacy was very rude. She said my PIN number was wrong. I used 3 card and 3 PIN numbers then head pharmacist came solve the problems. I was telling the girl that I just used this card at the smiths like 5 mins ago and we were talking all of a sudden the guy seems like her boyfriend or someone work there helping the girl to give change told me I am rude and get out from his store even though that’s not his store. My daughter was with me and the guy kind of escorted to us. The manager is Nick. He was not there. This Walgreens is terrible…. We spend our money and that’s why they get paid and they have no respect towards to the customers.JUST HORRIBLE. I am a business owner and I know how to treated right to the customer."

"Staff member Beni needs more training. She argued that you cannot make a paybyme transaction with item purchases. I tried to help her and explain that the POS will give her a total to collect with my purchase if she would enter the amount I wanted to pay and follow the instructions on the POS. Not only did she tried to argue that her management team told them not to process it that way but she refused to just follow the instructions on her POS. After several minutes, she finally just entered the amount and was given a total to collect from me. There was no apology, even after I said thank you and appreciated it. She went to defend herself, told me she been with company for 5 years and never did it that way. Very condescending in her statement and was more upset. I would have a expected her to have taken accountability and been happy she learnt something new. Worse experience I've had at this location"
