"I've had my kids signed up since July 2023 for classes. They sent a few emails here and there assuring us that an opening date would be just a little bit longer.... But they have never opened! I've tried to contact them several times about getting a refund. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone at the facility. One time their phones are forwarded to a location in Nebraska....???? It's been 6 months! It seems fraudulent at this point that they're still advertising that they're offering classes."
"Called the number on the building over a month ago to schedule an introduction for my daughter. Got a confirmation email earlier this week with the waivers and showed up today and it’s under construction. The number on the door doesn’t work and the number on the Google listing still says it’s under construction with an anticipated opening of summer 2023. Even if they do eventually open, we’ll be finding a difficult company that values communication."
"0 stars!! I was scheduled for lessons for my 1 y.o. for June 6th. I go to the location and it’s closed and still under construction! I confirmed the email I was sent and I am definitely scheduled for this location. I was told it would be opened June 1st.. How could they make this mistake? Total waste of time."
