"This food made me want to cry. We booked Fuhu thinking we'd get a great Asian restaurant and an opportunity to try some fun small dishes. We were recommended every dish by our server, which I would expect would be the best dishes... and if they were then I am doing everyone a favour writing this review. We were first recommended the "Seafood soup dumpling". We have all had a plethora of dumplings before and were excited to try these but the interior texture of the dumpling had us all spitting into our napkins. We asked the server if the texture was correct and his reply was, "yeah, it's a little rubbery and funky". We then ordered 4 sushi rolls and some nigiri. The nigiri was fresh and tasty but the rolls were trying too hard to be inventive. The flavour profiles did NOT work. Again, there was food spit out or followed by chugging down drinks. If you want to go for cocktails then go for them as they were quite tasty but the food did not match the atmosphere! We left sushi on the plate that we did not eat and did not want to take with us. Overall, a really upsetting dining experience."
"Fusion Asian cuisine located inside resort world. Nice interior design with both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Food is delicious but on the expensive side."
"Dined at FUHU last night and it was pretty good. We started off with the oysters which were delicious. For our mains we had the octopus, filet and the chicken lo mein. I think the chicken lo mein was the best part of dinner. I was very disappointed with my filet. Something tasted off and it didn’t taste like a typical filet steak. I think it was the sauce it was in that didn’t sit well with me. For dessert we had the banana cake which was warm deliciousness. Service was great as well!"
"A mall restaurant feeling We were here for brunch and wouldn’t consider FUHU as a hidden gem nor a must go. Thankfully, we were staying at Resorts World or the visit would had been somehow disappointing. Overall, FUHU is not a bad place in the least, it’s just that no matter how beautifully decorated the locale is, you just can’t get rid of that odd mall restaurant feeling; even at the terrace. Anyhow… regarding the menu, the best way I’d describe it is creatively eclectic. FUHU is an Asian-oriented restaurant, but world-cuisine influences are markedly present. In the brunch menu you can find dumplings, fried rice, spring rolls, but also pancakes, chilaquiles, and cheladas!!! Although the portions are vast, we made an effort to try as much as possible, and not one disappointed. The pancakes, probably too sweet but delicious; the breakfast sandwich, a 10; the spring rolls, perfectly crispy; the seafood dumplings, delicious yet wished they had been steamed rather than fried; the vegan dumplings, steamed but felt a bit coarse; and sushi rolls, fresh and mild in flavor. The cocktail menu is equally creative. Though traditional brunch cocktails are present, along with their bottomless option, FUHU’s signature cocktails are worth a try. Thumbs up for the Green Gold and the Sakura Smash. What I would have loved to see, is a vaster coffee menu. This is probably my age talking, but sometimes (not to say always) coffee is the departing point. Finally, regarding service, it is courteous, friendly, and expedite, maybe bordering rushed. The place was far from being packed and the food just kept pouring in, with no pauses allowed; and we were not even done when the check arrived. Although the waitress politely and cheerfully said she was just leaving the check for whenever we were ready, the action felt a bit out of place. Would I recommend FUHU??? If you’re nearby or if you’re a guest at Resorts World, FUHU is certainly a nice –yet pricey– option to try and a way to skip breakfast queues at the buffet or any other locale. On the other hand, if you’re planning from visiting from somewhere else, well, maybe there are countless other better places worth the commute."
"Really enjoyed the dinner at Fuhu. Actually the best food I had while in Vegas. The Miso Cod Tacos are an amazing starter, tasty and great to share. Same as the FUHu Crispy Duck which comes with greens a beautiful Hoisin sauce and Rice pancakes so that you would create your on little rolls. The most authentic Asian cuisine taste wise I had in a while. Nice wine and super friendly service. A bit pricey, but still a great recommendation."
