"The nigri is pretty good, the fish was fresh but the rice was overcooked. The sushi rolls were not great , tasted like fish paste in mushy rice.. If you just get the nigri it's not bad . I'd give the sushi rolls a 2 and the nigri 4"
"It’s gotten better since it opened. They have a selection of nigiri with 3 types of fish. Surprisingly good fish quality. Handrolls are solid. Probably the best in that food court which has much to be desired."
"Ordered multiple sushi sets with 2 salmon and 1 tuna set. Absolutely a massive meal with a ton of rice and well packed for each piece of sushi. The box holding the sushi set was decently well made. Fish was decently fresh although not exceptional. Wished they offered more options for fish and menu items or a mix."
"Solid sushi. From the pictures, the rolls looked small so I ordered two. However, they were actually pretty big and I was stuffed afterwards. The fish was fresh and I love how they seasoned the rice. The rolls are a bit messy and it did seem like the fish was chopped up, which is weird. It’s a bit pricy, but it is Vegas."
"My partner and I came to Resorts World *just* to try out the Famous Foods Street Eats offerings. We left wholly disappointed after trying food from 4 different vendor stalls. I'm very experienced with street food dishes during all of my travels in Asia. My partner is not. However, neither of us were pleased by the food we tried. Specific to Nori Bar: the rolls and quality of fish were sub-par and the type you'd find at a low quality strip mall "Japanese" restaurant around the city. The fish was just ok in quality and the rice itself was lacking any discernible rice wine vinegar. Overall, unless you're already at the casino for something else and don't care about the quality of your food, most of the stalls in Resorts World are not worth the visit."
