"This is where loyalty goes to die. . . . After more than two decades as a member, I'm done. I can be treated like a number at any other bank or credit union. During the app update/ outage last month, I was charged (2) $5 penalties to access my own savings. One of which I previously scheduled before the outage. After several calls with absolutely NO return calls, I'm throwing in the towel. There are better savings interest rates to be earned out there so please, please shop around. If you're just moving to Grand Forks or getting started at UND then I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your banking needs. If anyone at UFCU such as Sherry (who caused this problem) OR Lacey who I can only assume is Sherry's minion would like to reach out to resolve this situation then I will be most happy to remove my comment."
