"I was there today, Tuesday, March 19, at 9:00, and the store is dirty. Everything was scattered around, and they closed off the bathroom and told us that only employees can use them. Upon checkout, only 2 of several workers were cashiering on just one register. One was rushing people and acting very rude. Save your money and time. Don't shop here at this location, until they hire work minded people with better customer service skills. The door guy upon leaving was the only decent one. He told us to have a nice day. Maybe the others can take a class on customer service from him."

"3/9 /24 Went back trying to use my gift card. I was surprised there was no line..... However, the dressing room was closed again so I could not try on any clothes. Disappointed again. Used to love this store but cant seem to win with this store anymore. 2/17/24 Went to Burlington with a friend, could not believe the huge long line we saw as we entered the store. It was worse than Christmas, never seen it this bad. We turned around and Left. 3/6/23 YES I LOVE THIS STORE! But the lines are always long no matter the day, time or month. Here is the latest picture. I sent a letter to the store after 2/2/ visit but no response and no change. 2/2/23 Went to stand in line and there were at least 25 people in front of me with only two cashiers, so I left. 2/7 Went back, guess what? Worse today. I cannot believe this store, it appears they refuse to hire people. I took another picture. When I got up to the line I asked for who the manager is and the tall guy said I am! I explained the situation but he said they are just busy. They are busy becasue there were 25 people in front of me and 25 behind me with two cashiers. He did not care. There are so many school programs that put people to work in stores for Free training including the YAP prorgram. Nothing has changed since they opened! One year later, same problem.........7/2/22 Shopped here again today. Great store and great buys but the check out is still horrible. One cashier, 20 people in front of me and the 10 behind me left. After 10 minutes another cashier finally came. Manager never fixed this problem, it is the same at the Stephanie store was there on 7/5, but they only had a few customers in line. ITS CHRISTMAS IN JULY - DID YOU NOT GET THE MEMO AGAIN??? 4/8/22 Went there again, and the lines were even worse then before. The lines were wrapped around to the main isle, it was so bad that I left my cart wit my merchandise and walked out. You need to hire more help! So happy to have this store near by! Today 9/24/21 there were 25 people in line in front of me and only 3 cashiers open. WHY? It is fall and people start their holiday shopping early. Why dont you hire more help? There are people who want and need to work and seasoned workers who have great work ethics. I was humiliated by the cashier who kept calling me her Love. That was wrong."

"Surprisingly this place has more options than Ross and DD’s. I went early in the morning and store was pretty clean and organized. Price is pretty reasonable. The only issue for me is that the fitting room is closed."

"They've only got two registers open, it's noon and the line is ridiculously long. Please either hire more help or figure something out. I love shopping at Burlington but this will definitely make me think twice before coming again."

"This store is run like trash, They definitely need a revamping in management. During my visit, you are stopped at the front with a rope and asked by Dylan If there's anything you need help finding. No if I need help finding something I will ask thank you. Secondly we needed to use the restroom which is locked up with a pin. I go back up front and asked. It seemed like I was bothering Dylan with his eye roll action, no one was available. I go to the rear fitting room and Yvette says they are broken. Back to the front I go to see if anyone is now available. Finally after two more radio calls a supervisor finally assisted. After using The restroom we advised Yvette at the fitting rooms that they are back in order in case she didn't know. And all of a sudden they don't accept card"
