"Very bad experience and customer service. I was visiting and I bought a boots from this store . I tried them on in my hotel room ( this is what I normally do with any shoes I buy because I have a very bad bunion) I couldn’t keep them on more than 20 minutes. I had pain . So next day I went to return and they refused to return them . They claim it was worn and the manager was showing me some crack in the boots that I honestly can’t see and I don’t know if it was there before I bought it . I think for the price you pay for a boots it shouldn’t crack in 20 minutes and if it is not comfortable they should have no problem returning them even if they were worn . I will never shop at this store any more or any Tory Burch ."

"Please find out who was working on Tuesday oct 19th. My shoes hurt my feet and I needed the perfect work shoe. They were so thoughtful and great and giving feedback so I could make a decision. It took long because every shoe I liked wasn’t in my size. They called around and helped me find the shoe at a location down the street so I could walk over and get it for my event. It made my bad day a pleasant one. Some of the best device I’ve had. Great store☺️"

Bring back to the store they said no return no exchange no fixing. so I left ,I gave back the shoe back to them without any money back or store credit . Means $290 bought a lesson, Because so disappointed a store in America. always shipping in LV that big brands ,they always take care . I never ever shopping in Tory Burch again."
