"What an incompetent service, every step of the way. Had an overnight package with signature required. Stayed home all day to receive it. The driver did not come up to the apartment, didn't call for me to come down, simply marked it as unable to deliver and now stuck waiting for next business day to pick it up 40 mins from my home. Completely impossible to reach anyone via customer service number. Horrendous experience with UPS every time."
"If you want your packages delivered to the wrong town multiple times over multiple months this is the terminal to have your package go through. Staff is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Went in twice and they said they would give me a call with more info and nothing. All packages were valued over $200. Tired filing a complaint about the driver since it was the wrong town and every time “the person that’s does that isn’t here right now”"
"While tracking was accurate and package arrived as expected, I am disappointed in the manner of delivery. The package required a signature, because it was an expensive electronic item, and the delivery driver did not knock or ring the doorbell, and simply left an expensive device on the side porch. They also provided a "proof of delivery" image that was clearly the floor of the truck with no package in sight."
"My child is disabled. UPS is against disabled workers. My son is Autistic, this was his 2nd week there. They had a 10 minute break, the bell rang, but my son had to go pee. He went pee. Due to arriving at the conveying belt after the bell rang the fired him on the spot. Marcel is his name. UPS is not disabled friendly. There should be more support in place for disabled people at UPS. He showed up daily, worked hard, he loves to lift and is strong. Yet without warning, they fired him on the spot. UPS is terrible for how they treat Autistic disabled workers. He was looking forward to a life career here and had the mindset that if he worked hard he would excell. Pretty mean, bad management. Escorted a disabled person immediately out the building with no ride, left in the dark parking lot."
"The correct hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, M-F due to being really short staffed, according to site manager Tracy. UPS Customer Center in Eagan is NOT open from 8 am to 8 pm M-F. They close at 6 pm. The guard at their guard's shack laughed in frustration and said that UPS customer service is CONSTANTLY telling customers wrong hours that end up with customers driving miles out of their way to get packages when the place is closed. This is epically bad business practice. The correct hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, M-F due to being really short staffed, according to site manager Tracy."
