"This is like, the absolute BEST veterinarians office I have ever been to! They were all so kind to me when I brought my Bengal cat Suki in with a shattered femur. They walked me through the situation with nothing but grace and kindness! Kimberly at the front desk even got up form her chair, walked over to me as I was bawling my eyes out and gave me hug. Serioulsy, these people are the salt of the earth and I'm thankful to have come across such a wonderful vet. The cost was almost 1/3 of prices quoted in Reno, you just can't beat this place!"

"We had two bad experiences here the first time our puppy was 6 months old got into something that he shouldn't have gotten into we called Moffitt asking if they can get us in as soon as possible to check him out and make sure he was okay and we were told that they were too busy and we need to do a better job with watching our dog. Our second bad experience was at the end of last year our dog went in for a wellness checkup when Dr Eric Moffitt came in to check out our dog he was absolutely terrified and was flinching My dog didn't bark or growl at him he was only a year old so of course he's hyper then they took our dog to do blood work and me and my husband heard Eric moffett scream at the top of his lungs at our dog definitely not okay to hear somebody screaming at the top of their lungs at your dog. Also three of my neighbors have had bad experiences with them as well a lot of the time they are uncompassionate and unfriendly and unprofessional."
