"Ed is a nice enough guy, but don't expect to get the appraisal when he says it will be done. I was told in December that he will visit my home to get pictures and measurements by mid January and an appraisal a week after that. At the end of January I emailed him to find out if he was still interested in doing this, but got no response. I called him a couple of times and left messages, no response. I finally got him and we agreed to have him come out at the end of February, He showed up, did his thing and told me that he would have the appraisal for me in a couple of weeks. At the end of March, I emailed him and asked when he was thinking of getting me the appraisal. No response. I would not recommend him."
