"We visited over winter break at lunch time, when everyone is trying to get the kids out of the house to burn energy. Our food was made quickly and the order was correct. The restaurant and play place were very clean. The outstanding part of the visit was Sandy. She greeted us with a smile before we even entered the restaurant. She got the kids’ drink of choice and delivered it to our table after delivering our food and even got refills for other patrons. She really went above and beyond and smiled the entire time!"

"Why would you put a QPC on its side. The box and bag were soaked through with grease and now my passenger seat has a grease stain. Like what the heck. The person at the window tried to make me pay twice as I had ordered and paid on the app. Tried to call and speak with a manager. They didn’t answer the phone"

"We went into the building to eat. It was not the cleanest place, but a quick wipe of the table was easy for us. The food came out hot and well made. They do not have a self-serve pop dispenser, so you have to ask for a refill. They also just give you an entire new cup, which I thought was a little wasteful. The women's restroom was not in the best of shape."

"Don't eat inside the restaurant. This place only cares about the drive-through. The entire dine-in area is dirty. We were there for two hours letting the kids play in the play place (which is nice) and not once did any employee come through to wipe tables or sweep floors. Multiple other customers complained loudly about waiting 20+ minutes for their food in the lobby. The orders also came out wrong. The kiosk says to take a number after you order but they don't bring the food to your table they yell the number from the front counter. There were about 8 people working in the kitchen but they couldn't spare anyone to do any inside work apparently. They even shut the lobby register down to do drive-through orders from there. Just an awful experience, and that's not even mentioning the mediocre food."

"I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I feel this needed to be shared. This store is very unsanitary. None of the tables are cleaned. My friend and I had to sit at the ‘cleanest’ dirty table. Nothing is being swept up and there’s garbage everywhere. I ordered a 10 piece mcnugget and my fries and nuggets we cold. Very dissatisfied. Never coming to this McDonalds again. :("
