"This store has the BEST customer service! I ordered some things online to be delivered to the store and I was so shocked when they called me to let me know they had come in. I figured I'd just have to be responsible for keeping an eye on my email for a notification there (which did happen too). The women working were all fabulous and helped me with my measurements when the bra didn't fit right. They worked with me and suggested a bra extender, which I had never even heard of, which gave me the extra inch I needed. Shout out to Melita, Terria, and Arianna for all their help!"
"This Torrid location was always organized, clean, and was employed with friendly employees when it was managed by Shasta. Once she left, it has gone completely down hill. 98% of the employees are rude, unattentive and just overall not very knowledgeable about products and policies and I always get the impression I am bothering them. Their clearance section is a mess and nothing is in its proper sizing place. I no longer feel the need to want to shop here because I no longer feel appreciated as a customer."
