"I really enjoy this store, but the last few times I’ve stopped in there was a tall guy with a hat who has made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe his name is Parker according to the receipt I was given upon my last visit. He is very sarcastic and always compliments my bag which makes me very uncomfortable because I am not trying to draw attention to myself or my belongings making me a target for theft. Someone really needs to educate him on how to professionally speak with guests. He most definitely should undergo additional training."

"Store #6228 Salesperson: Edwin Extremely bad service. The salesperson was extremely rude and did not know his own stores promotions. I have always bought at KL online store thought I give it a shot at the store. The salesperson was helpful at first. Then I asked if the item was also part of the 40% off of the regular price he said yes. Then I remembered seeing the same item online at a reduced price and there was also promo code for extra 40% off. If you do simple math then obviously online was less $$$. So I asked the salesperson if they price match online ? He scanned the price tag and then did a calculation on his calculator and then asked me rudely "well.... online is more money do you want to buy it online and pay more?" then he explained that the store's promotion is actually 50% not 40% therefore buying it at the store was a cheaper option. I was glad my husband wasn't standing next to me at the time because we would have walked straight out of the store. I understand it's difficult to hire help these days. Please don't just hire anyone! Please make sure they are vetted! Thank you. A very unsatisfied customer"

"Cool fashions from very famous designer, at very reasonable prices. Not from the couture collections, but still very stylish and at much lower costs. A lot of it is made in China, if you care... Great service. Handbag quality is not great though. They often have new styles, but quite often sizes in stock are limited."
