"I brought a pair of NWT jeans back that I wanted to exchange to a longer inseam. The older woman in management told me they didn’t carry longs and that without a receipt they could only give me lowest selling price even for an exchange. I guess at the location I purchased them in they should have made me an account since they can’t look up receipts by the card to paid on. I find that weird, seems most retail stores can look up receipts by cards, but ok. So I went home and searched through all of my stuff to find my receipt and thankfully did so I went back 12/7 at 5pm to return them. Same woman from management was there but a young man rung me up. “So you did find your receipt.” She asked and it felt condescending as if I did something wrong. She then asked if I wanted to exchange, they could order longs. I said no, already a little frustrated I had to make 2 trips and was told last time they don’t carry long. She peeks over his shoulder as he was ringing me and goes “ohh, so you did get 40% off!” “30% but I just wanted to get the value of what I paid.” I could tell at this point she was trying to save the store from a return. Gosh, I just have not felt so disrespected as if I was trying to scam them or something. All I originally wanted was the value I paid in exchange to get a longer size but I really did not appreciate her lack of sympathy and not offering solutions until it came down to the store losing money to a return. As a Lucky Jeans customer, make sure they link you to an account in case you lose your receipt and need to exchange anything or you’ll lose money to lowest selling price. Lesson learned."

No pressure either, store was closing in 1 minute still extended his warm hospitality to use the fitting rooms! Best retail experience I can remember by far!
