"Update: Talked to the Blaine police and they knew the general manager(Lucy) by name. They said they’d look into it. Update: couple days later they randomly charge me $39.42 for no reason. Lucy, the genaeral manager(why their rating is a 2/5), proceeds to yell at me and tell me that it’s not their fault. Bank told me U-Haul charged me on two separate occasions. They’re obviously ripping people off. I’d check your bank accounts if you have ever done business with this location. So it’s been claimed as fraud. Thank you, U-Haul. Absolutely horrible customer service and a bunch of thieves. They charged me $25 because there was a quarter sized piece of cardboard in the cab. Are you kidding me? Apparently you need to have the cab detailed before returning it. Never again will I use them."

"This store needs to work on their customer service. We had shipping pods sent from WA to MN. They were originally sent to the Coon Rapids location. They arrived on time, but they were then sent to the Blaine store and scheduled for delivery to our home with them. The man who delivered the pods was great and super respectful (I would give him a 5 stars). The issue came when it was time for the pods to be picked up. We had a scheduled date for pick up. They called that morning to see if the pods were ready for pick up(which they were). We waited around all day as they gave us a time frame of 9-5 and saw NO ONE come. We then tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. The next day we recieved a call at 6 AM on a Saturday. The lady that worked for uhaul (I believe her name was Michelle) was EXTREMELY unprofessional and was very rude. She said that they did not pick up the pods because there was snow surrounding them. The boxes had about 2 inches TOPS of drifted snow. We are in MN for heavens sake! Instead of just leaving the boxes and not contacting us right away, they could have 1) knocked on our door to let us know of the situation and we could have shoveled it in a matter of 1 minute or 2) called us the same day to reschedule. On top of that, they did not offer the reschedul pick up and expected us to reschedule. When trying to reschedule, we were not able to get ahold of anyone and left multiple messages. We had the pods for an extra 5 days leaving little room in our driveway and pushing the limit on having to pay another month's rent on the empty boxes. We already had a really rough time with the shipping pods in the past with uhaul and I was hoping this time could have been better but overall I am very dissapointed with the overall system and the customer service."
