"This pharmacy is a joke! The staff is incredibly rude. My perception was sent to the pharmacy before I left the Dr. office, it took me an hour to get to the pharmacy from where I was, stood in a line of no less than a dozen customers only to be told that my prescription wasn't ready. I came back after work the next day, still my prescription wasn't ready. The cashier (Vanessa) ushered me over to the drop off line just to be told the same thing. The drop off employee (Anna) then told me that they are 2 days behind on filling prescriptions. So if you're sick do not go to this location. They don't seem to care that you need to start medication. If you get upset about it they get mad back. I'll be moving my business to a different pharmacy."
"These are the most rude and disrespectful people i have ever met! First i dropped my Prescription off at 9am and was told it'll be ready be 3pm. Fyi came back at 5pm sat in line 20mins. The pharmacist at the window told my husband there was no prescription i told her not true and when i dropped it off. She leaves come back it was never filled?? I was told come back around the drive thru to sit another 20mins til they filled it!! We waited 15 more mins and i go inside to be met with more attitude and disrespect for no reason their mistake. The icing on the cake.. i asked the cashier their info she lied about her name!! Told me her name was Amanda she lied her name is dawn!! The receipt gave me that info from her associate number!! Corporate need to Retrain or replace the whole pharmacist staff their a joke. Didn't even explain how to take the medication. Fyi don't listen about going inside they still make you wait and ignore you. Never again."
"Pharmacy refused to give me a pneumonia vaccine because I'm not over 65. I literally had an order sheet FROM MY NEUROLOGIST explaining that I am immunocompromised and why I needed it but they wouldn't even look at it and still refused and said he needed to call in a prescription. Absolutely ridiculous, I don't have unlimited free time to just pop in whenever. Editing my review - I drove down the street to Walgreens and they asked me a few questions about my condition and medication. They were able to give me the pneumonia vaccine with no problems. Will be avoiding this CVS at all costs moving forward."
"Me, picking up: yes I need these two medications, one of which I am out of Employee: it's not ready, you just filled it. Me: No, I filled it hours ago on your app. Employee: Oh yeah, our app doesn't really work. Me: Okay. I still need these 2 medications, one I need today because I am out of it. Employee: Okay that will be ready in 20 minutes. Me, back 30 minutes later to give them extra time in case they were busy: I'm picking up. Different Employee: great I'll get that one for you. Me: One? There's supposed to be 2. Different Employee: Oh yeah X medication? Me: Yes that's the one I need, I am out of it. Different Employee: Oh yeah, we're out of stock of that medication. Me: Kindly, screw you guys. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
"If you can avoid going to this pharmacy do it genuinely. I never write reviews but wow is this pharmacy so bad. Every time I go no matter what day no matter what hour every single staff member is incredibly rude unhelpful and genuinely seems so annoyed when I am there. (except for this one girl with dark straight hair she's always incredibly nice and remembers me) I feel like I'm interacting with fast food workers who hate their job. Normally I don't pay attention if customer service is good or not because I don't really care but even the Pharmacist is incredibly rude. One example: my prescription uses self-injection needles when I picked up my prescription I asked if I could get the needles I need with it and the girl said "You need a prescription for that" I told her the prescription uses needles, she looks at the prescription walks away to the pharmacist "whispers" loudly "I think he's lying and trying to get needles" Everyone in line heard I was so embarrassed and then when the pharmacist handed her the needles to give to me she threw them at me. By the way on the package it says that the way it's applied is through injection in big font so that was so unnecessary Also I've been getting this prescription there for a year so it's not like this was new. That's just one example out of many like every-time I go there it is always a story of how insanely rude everyone is. It baffles me that these kinds of people are working at a pharmacy when they clearly seem like they hate their job. I totally get working in the service industry sucks but this is people's medicine, this isn't fast food. I need you to care about giving me my medication. People need to feel safe when they're getting medication that's important for their health. I'm never rude I always smile and be nice but I feel like they constantly judge me."
