"ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE! I went 3 years ago and spent a lot of $ here (easy to do because they have SO much to choose from) and I wanted a cowboy hat but decided not to get it. A couple months later was going back to Vegas with my daughter and really could t wait to go back shopping, so I called to see if they still had the hat, the manager sent me a picture of it asking if that was my hat and it was!! She actually held it for a couple of weeks for me!! Took my daughter in and we got some bling for our Cher concert!! Can’t wait to go back!! Best shop ever!!"
"Unfortunately I had terrible customer service today. I was very disappointed. I purchased from the manager David jacket. In a few hours I decided to return cause I did not like that. He told me I can’t return. When I said give my money back. I was very nervous about that terrible situation and I raised my voice to him. I think that’s a normal reaction. He told me get out of here and goodbye. I told him I have rights to get my money back within 30 days ( it says on receipt as well). I asked give me his corporate number for regulate situation this is absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted to say to the owner you should hire people who knows how to talk with people and customers and know simple culture and moral."
