"Purchased a shawl at regular price only to discover two large ink stains on the bottom once I opened it later that same day. It looks like it was worn previously. Attempted a return/exchange the next day and was denied. They offered store credit which for a tourist from out of town is completely useless. They had no replacement for an exchange."

"Came in because all the nicer clothes I'd brought were pretty heavy for the hot weather. I was taken care of pretty much the second my husband and I walked in. I'm a 14/16 and I didn't feel like there wasn't stuff for me. Walked away with a heavy shopping bag and a smile. Love this place!"

"I was walking by and saw one shirt in the window. I ended up buying a few things, even though I didn't have room in my suitcase. The sales lady was so awesome she wrapped my purchases so tight that they easily fit into my suitcase. When I got to my daughter's home and unwrapped a poncho I bought she told me when I leave town to leave it with her. Haha! I love everything about my experience and the clothes from Paris line. The only reason I'm on this website is because I wish I could order online."

"As someone also in the service industry, I don’t understand the negative reviews of this lovely clothing store. I had an absolutely wonderful experience, even though I walked in after a long flight wearing leggings and a tunic shirt, in other words travel clothes. I got absolutely no “Pretty Woman” snooty vibes. Instead I was greeted by the lovely owner M. (A beautiful French name I will not try and fail to spell correctly), who spent the next hour or more essentially as my personal stylist. M.who said she had worked in fashion and retail industry for nearly 30 years, knew the cuts and sizing of all of her lines bringing me beautiful, flattering tunics, amazingly comfortable but dressy leggings, and dresses to try on. I ultimately bought several pieces, things I may never have chosen for myself, and went back later to purchase another top. Yes, the clothes are on the pricier side (I also just paid $6 for my regular $4 Starbucks coffee, Vegas is still a tourist destination, after all), but I have also paid the same for a well made dress at Belk. I feel the quality will hold up, and I will enjoy my purchases for many years... I can’t put a price on the value of the personal styling experience. What I can’t convey enough is M.’s expertise in knowing the shape of my body (middle aged with a little tummy and some hourglass curves) and bringing me beautiful pieces, in appropriate sizes, that looked good while coaxing me to try a few things I might not otherwise have seen or tried on. M. would even tell me if she felt an item did not work for me or did not look flattering. The return policy was also made clear to me before I checked out. I had a lovely shopping experience at Paris Line and am very pleased with my purchases. Thank you, M.!"
