She checked my account and found a birthday certificate as well as a rewards certificate. The return that turned into an exchange for something a little more expensive ended costing me $5! "I come here to return my online purchases & am never treated very kindly, the associates act snooty.. Someone said its because they don't like taking online returns, but. Why should that matter to them?) I'm a good customer, I buy a lot from Ann Taylor, so, why get cranky when I return something that doesn't work? I Much prefer the associates at Ann Taylor loft at the Miracle mile shops, they are kind & helpful & don't hover when I tell them I don't need help browsing."

My best advice to Ann Taylor store employees across the country is that they should treat people with respect and kindness along with proper professionalism as well. It is an issue I feel the corporate office should handle, and take immediate action on. I don't go to Ann Taylor often. I'm a positive individual & Ann Taylor should hire people who are going to be a significant asset to the company. Not make the Ann Taylor company look bad."
