She checked my account and found a birthday certificate as well as a rewards certificate. The return that turned into an exchange for something a little more expensive ended costing me $5! "I come here to return my online purchases & am never treated very kindly, the associates act snooty.. Someone said its because they don't like taking online returns, but. Why should that matter to them?) I'm a good customer, I buy a lot from Ann Taylor, so, why get cranky when I return something that doesn't work? I Much prefer the associates at Ann Taylor loft at the Miracle mile shops, they are kind & helpful & don't hover when I tell them I don't need help browsing."
