"Called on two separate occasions to check on picking up UMC gear. Haven't heard from them, was in area but called shop per their instructions. Was told that my stuff was forfeited and an email was placed out on 6th warning people to pick up. Haven't seen emails checked. The person in the shop tried to look to see if she could fulfill my order. I received half order however I was given a tote for a consolation. What happened to all the orders that were forfeited. I called two times regarding my order. At least this tote will be forfeited by me to someone who could use"

"I went online to get some custom jerseys on a different big brand website but the price was ridiculous and I needed a minimum order, so I looked locally and found Gear Up by Design. I sent my image to Lisa and explained to her what I was looking for and she was very quick with a response. I took in my jerseys and met with Lisa to discuss the size of the logo on the jerseys and what I was envisioning. She got them finished for me in about two days and the finished product looks amazing. All in all it was great communication and I’m over the moon with the results. "Lisa was absolutely amazing!!! I work for a tax exempt agency and cannot have tax shown on any purchases made. I called her at 5pm and by 5:30pm she called me back, somehow figured out a way to take the tax off of my purchase, and then waited for me to confirm everything went through!!
