"I would give this store a zero if I could. Didn't know the mall closed at 7:00 PM on weekdays. I was doing some shopping with my daughter and we walked into this store at around 6:45. She found some items she wanted to try on in that time. One employee meekly greeted us, the only customers in the store. All the other employees looked like they were pretending to be busy and sneaking glances at my daughter and I. Nobody told us they were closing. She went to the dressing room and it was blocked off. We looked around at the employees who were milling around or straightening items and they all saw us standing there. After a minute I just asked if she can try on the clothes. Who I assume to be the manager (woman with glasses, what I realize now is cashing out a drawer) hollered back rudely, "mall closes at 7. We are closed." Ok...? So no employee wanted the store to make another easy hundred at the end of the night? Nobody bothered to tell us something like, "hey the mall closes in a few minutes. Please take the purchases up to the register" or whatever. All the employees saw us shopping and not a single one thought to tell us to hurry up? What a rude manager. Also, if the store was supposedly closed then why was the door wide open with customers coming in just as we were leaving? What a joke of a store. What a joke of customer service and what a joke of communication. We won't be shopping here ever again."
